At Iconiq Fashion, we want every customer to feel comfortable shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward return process designed to make resolving the issue simple.

14-Day Return Period

Customers may return their order within 14 days after receiving the item. To qualify for a return, products must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation that were delivered with the product.

Our customer support team is available to help guide you through the return process whenever needed.

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Return Conditions

To summarise our return requirements:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.

  • All packaging, tags, and included accessories must be returned with the product.

  • No restocking fees apply to returned items.

Responsibility for Return Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return will be handled free of charge, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping. This includes situations where a product arrives faulty, was damaged during delivery, or does not match the item ordered.

If a return is requested because you changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or the product does not fit, the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Any original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Starting a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us by email at support@iconiqfashion.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return request.

The product should be carefully repacked using the original packaging and include all accessories, labels, and documentation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide the return address and instructions for sending the item back safely. Iconiq Fashion does not provide prepaid return labels.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will send you detailed instructions on where the item should be sent. Returns must be sent via postal service, following the instructions provided by our support team.

Refund Process

After your return has been received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days, although the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or alternative product, please contact our support team at support@iconiqfashion.com and we will assist you with arranging an exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. When applicable, these products will be clearly indicated as non-returnable on the product page.
