How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently provide free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow our return procedure instead.
What is your return policy?
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, customers may return their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return conditions include:
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns
Items that arrive damaged or incorrect can be returned at no cost
Approved returns must be sent to the designated return address via postal service
Customers must arrange their own tracked return shipping label, as we do not provide prepaid labels.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We aim to offer high-quality products. If you experience a defect or issue with an item, please contact our support team and we will assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
This does not affect your rights under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which covers products with manufacturing defects.
